Shona Welsh, MCEd, CHRP

An award-winning speaker and writer, Shona Welsh brings extensive business experience as a senior executive in an international corporation. Responsible for implementing successful corporate learning, mentoring and coaching programs in three countries, she is the author of the book Mentoring the Future: A Guide to Building Mentor Programs that Work. She is also a co-author of Awakening the Workplace - Vol 3, and Expert Women Speak Out - Vol 6. Shona holds a master's degree in workplace learning, is a Certified Coach Facilitator, and a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP).

John Penton, MEd

Former CEO of a Calgary-based service organization, John Penton offers significant business leadership experience. He doubled the size of his organization in five years as a result of instituting sound business practices, performance management processes, and practical leadership development programs. John holds a master's degree in education, is a former small business owner, and teaches regularly at the University of Calgary.
