Comparison of Multiple PPS Reports
5 Credits
The Comparison of Multiple PPS report is one of several DiSC® PPSS Comparison Reports. This report analyzes the behavioral styles of two or more respondents. Each participant's information is displayed in such a way that the diversity of behavior among the respondents is clear, yet individual preferences are still discernible. The goal is to focus the participants' attention on the common ground and potential challenges of their behaviors.
The respondents' DiSC preferences are represented on the Personal Profile System Graph. This graph displays each participant's behavioral information on a joint DiSC scale, which then becomes a snapshot of where the duo or group stands in relation to one another. In essence, the participant's behavioral similarities and differences are highlighted with side-by-side measurements of each DiSC style.
Once the respondents' preferences have been pointed out, the Behavioral Tendency Continuum identifies each participant's intensity levels. The continuum lists words and phrases that are associated with each DiSC style. A unique symbol for each participant shows the likely strength of that behavior based on his or her style. The result is a chart that displays which behaviors have a high, moderate, or low intensity level for each participant.
This report ends with the Worksheet for Multiple PPS Comparison. It helps the respondents come up with real-world ideas for improvements that are based upon this report's insights.
