Comparison of Single PPS/RBA Report
5 Credits
The Comparison of Single PPS/RBA report is one of several DiSC® PPSS Comparison Reports. This report looks at how the respondent's DiSC PPSS results compare with the behavioral expectations of a specific role. The assessment allows the participant to see how well his or her behaviors match the requirements of the role.
The first insight that this report provides is the Comparison Graph, which plots both the individual's preferences and the role's behavioral needs on the same DiSC chart. In this way, the similarities and differences between the person and the role are clear at a glance. The highs and lows for both the respondent and the role across all four styles are illustrated.
More in-depth information is offered in the Comparison Analysis. This section identifies specific behaviors that the role requires and spells out how well the respondent's preferences fit those needs. In the first category are those behaviors that are a good fit. The next category looks at stretch behaviors, or those actions that the respondent may have to increase to fit the needs of the role. In the final category, redirect behaviors are identified. These are behaviors that the participant may need to minimize to match the role's requirements.
In the Role Behavior Comparison Grid, the intensity levels of specific behaviors are displayed. The grid indicates how each behavior ranks according to the respondent's preferences and the role's needs. The gap in intensity between the respondent and the role is then revealed for each behavior.
This report ends with Performance Coaching Questions. These questions prompt the respondent to develop an action plan to implement this report's insights.
